It is no secret that nutrition is important. Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, lead a healthier lifestyle or need serious sports nutrition, what you put into your body is always going to be a key factor. What do I use? A product called Herbalife. I have used other leading brands before and they were good and I enjoyed them, however, Herbalife really turned things around for me. I lost 4 kg when I was already training like a freak for Ironman. I dropped 4% bodyfat and my performance increased and I just felt fantastic overall.
